This position plays a pivotal role in AITRICS’ global expansion efforts.
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end initiatives to successfully launch our AI solutions in international markets — from conducting market research and crafting market entry strategies to establishing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Market expansion
Identify and analyze potential overseas markets to introduce AITRICS’ solutions, including assessing competitive landscapes, regulatory environments, and customer needs.
Design and execute market entry strategies, focusing on growth opportunities and scalable business models.
Strategic Partnerships
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry players, partners, and clients to enhance AITRICS’ brand reputation and drive market presence.
Negotiate and secure high-impact partnerships and strategic alliances to foster collaborative growth and mutual value creation.
Sales and Revenue Growth
Develop and achieve sales targets by implementing strategies that drive revenue and market share.
Oversee end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a consultative approach that aligns with clients’ needs.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a primary point of contact for international partners and clients, providing insights for business in specific markets.
Present AITRICS’ solutions to prospective clients in a compelling, value-driven manner, tailoring messages to different cultural and market contexts.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in AI.
Develop insights and reports for internal stakeholders, helping shape product development and marketing strategies to fit evolving market demands.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align AITRICS’ Products with market requirements and customer feedback.
Act as a liaison between international markets and affiliates, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the technology or AI sector.
Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling business operations in international markets.
Strong network within tech or AI industries and experience working with senior leadership, including C-level executives.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Proficiency in Korean, English
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Deep knowledge of the AI industry, including current technologies, trends, healthcare, and regulatory challenges.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
